Hi,

I had a heart attack at 0200 last Sunday morning. Survived, just got home a few hours ago.

 I will write more when I am not so tired but a few things:

I missed my tumblr community. I may not post a lot but I follow and read daily.

A lot of the cliches about looking death in the face are true and an equal amount not so true (at least in my experience).

Standing outside at 0200 in 38 degree weather and saying aloud to yourself “Is today, November 6, 2011 the day I die” really IS a life changing event.

I  made it and damn it I ain’t dying for a long,long time ..My 3 year binge of trying to kill myself instead of killing the pain inside me is OVER.

Calling Mr Vedder: I’M STILL ALIVE !!!!!!!!
